All day trips include hotel pickup and drop-off (Arusha or Moshi), a professional English-speaking guide, all park or entrance fees, 4WD transport, and a packed or restaurant lunch. International flights and personal travel insurance are not included.

Half-day cultural tours typically start at 8:00 am. Full-day wildlife safaris depart between 5:30 and 7:00 am to maximise game-viewing time. Early-start trips like Lake Natron depart at 4:00 am. Exact pickup times are confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Yes — most day trips can be booked with as little as 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead during peak season (June–October) to guarantee your preferred date.

Bring sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket (mornings are cool), your camera, and a reusable water bottle. Neutral-coloured clothing is recommended for national park trips. We supply binoculars and a first-aid kit.

Most wildlife and nature day trips are suitable for children aged 5 and above. The Kilimanjaro short hike requires a minimum age of 10. Please mention the ages of children in your group when booking so we can advise appropriately.

Absolutely — many guests combine 2–3 day trips into a short Tanzania break. For example: Materuni Waterfall on day 1, Arusha National Park on day 2, and a cultural tour on day 3. We can build a multi-day itinerary that strings trips together with accommodation.
